Chromo
Crashers
Crash through time.
Chromo Crashers is built around the immediacy of virtual reality: physical interaction, environmental spectacle and fast-moving encounters designed specifically around the player. This space can eventually introduce the core concept of the game without giving away too much.
Every stop is somewhere new.
One moment you're somewhere familiar. The next, you're somewhere you were never supposed to be. Distinct locations, time periods and visual identities make each encounter feel like entering an entirely different world.
Built for VR from the ground up — not adapted to it.
Stay moving.
Combat is designed around readable threats, physical reactions and moments that take advantage of spatial gameplay. This area could eventually feature enemy footage, weapon interactions, slow-motion mechanics or short looping gameplay clips.
Designed in the details.
Smaller media blocks give you somewhere to eventually show props, characters, environmental details, concept art or behind-the-scenes development without interrupting the larger cinematic sections.
More than a screen around you.
Every interaction is an opportunity to make the player feel physically present. Spatial scale, movement, environmental interaction and VR-specific mechanics are treated as part of the design rather than an afterthought.
The crash is just getting started.
Chromo Crashers is currently in development at Immersive Dimensions. More gameplay, environments and development updates will be revealed as the project progresses.
